Why choose “the right opportunity and the right tone” to admonish? The purpose is to improve the effect of admonitions and let the leaders admire them. If this is not the case, admonishment will be meaningless, and it will make the leader feel resentful towards you. It can be said that from “never complaining” to “do things in an orderly manner”, this is not only the basic principle of life, but also the basic principle of behavior.
